Liang is the founder and managing director of LCL Accounting, a reliable accounting firm specialised in working with not-for-profit organisations (NFP) and Government funded Cooperative Research Centres (CRC).
Liang is a highly motivated and results driven CPA qualified accountant who spent more than ten years in NFP and CRC sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Business degree through University of Technology Sydney. His areas of specialty include organisational management and governance, strategic analysis, budget, cashflow forecasting, consulting, project accounting, and financial program implementation.
Prior to founding LCL Accounting, Liang held a number of senior finance leadership roles with Capital Markets CRC, SIRCA, Food Agility CRC, RoZetta Technology, and Digital Health CRC. He is passionate about the not-for-profit sector and the important role that it plays within the community.
Chelsea has a strong background in non-for-profit and CRC sectors. She has a passion for numbers and delivering valuable financial information. Chelsea is the CFO at Food Agility CRC Ltd, a $150 million innovation hub creating new digital technologies and services to benefit the Australian agrifood industry.
Chelsea is a fully qualified CPA (AU) and holds a Master of Professional Accounting degree through University of Sydney. She worked in a professional accounting environment with Capital Markets CRC, SIRCA, RoZetta Technology, and Intersect Australia Ltd.
Lucy graduated as Bachelor of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and Master of Professional Accounting from Kaplan Business School. She has a strong academic background in both finance and accounting. Her experience includes budget, cashflow forecast, and financial reporting, especially in non-for-profit accounting environments. Lucy is a fully qualified member of CPA.
Before joining LCL Accounting as a Finance Business Partner, Lucy held several senior accounting roles at Capital Markets CRC, SIRCA, Rozetta Technology, Digital Health CRC, and Intersect Australia Ltd. She has been a valuable part of the not-for-profit Accounting Specialists Team for a number of years and provides accounting services and financial advice to a portfolio of not-for-profit clients.
Sonam is a highly motivated and organized professional with over 4 years’ experience in the accounting sector. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Major in Accounting & Economics) Degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting through the University of the South Pacific. Sonam is currently working towards her full CPA accreditation.
Before joining LCL Accounting as an Accountant, Sonam gained extensive experience working with not-for-profit organisations (NFP) and other accounting firms by sharpening her skills, knowledge, and developing her work career. Her area of specialty includes BAS/IAS Lodgement, Income Tax Returns, Payroll and Superannuation Processing, Bookkeeping, Reconciliations and Financial Reporting. Sonam is a team player and has the ability to work well under pressure and she always gives her best to achieve excellent results.
Fiona is a detail-oriented Accountant at LCL Accounting. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Major in Accounting) degree through Macquarie University. She is an accounting expert with a recognised history of reliability in this field. Her experience ranges from basic bookkeeping functions to periodic reporting for both domestic and international entities. Fiona is currently working towards her full CPA accreditation.
Before joining LCL Accounting as an Accountant, Fiona gained experience filling roles within the accounting industry sharpening her skills and building her knowledge. She has proven her competency with a wide array of accounting operations. She always aims to deliver excellent performance.
Ana has more than 15 years’ experience working across Fintech, Media, Not-for-Profit and Distribution. She has considerable experience in corporate accounting, project accounting, management accounting and financial accounting. Ana is multilingual. She has passion for outstanding results about her work. She holds Bachelor of International Business Studies and Advanced Diploma of Accounting.
Ana is a team player with strong communication and client management skills. She has the ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
